Als of now you have waited for 2 hours go and look at your orders and if you don’t see anything (awaiting payment) contact a admin. Hoops this helps you. Link to comment

As he^ wrote, BTC transactions take up to 30 minutes. For CC payments you get the activation code delivered to your email which you can then redeem. Link to comment
