Refund Policy
All purchases made on proofcore.io are for virtual, non-refundable subscriptions granting access to our software and private forum areas. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
ProofCore does not operate from, nor does it target or serve users in, the European Union or the United States. No statutory cooling-off period, automatic refund right, or consumer guarantee is offered under any jurisdiction. Once you have logged in to, downloaded, or otherwise accessed the software or private areas associated with your subscription, you are considered to have received the full value of your purchase. From that point, no refund, return, or credit is owed. All payments are non-refundable and billed in advance. No refund or credit will be issued for partial or non-usage of the Services. You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue or terminate your subscription at any time without obligation. A refund may be considered, at the sole discretion of the Company, only where the subscribed service is wholly non-functional and all reasonable troubleshooting steps provided by the Company have been completed. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the administration team. If a refund is granted, the Company reserves the right to deduct any applicable processing fees.
