The cheese itself is decent enough. It being external is a huge plus considering the difficulty for Battleye to detect it. Both the ESP and Aim function as marketed. My issue stems from support. I bought the cheese roughly three days ago(ish), and after two I was locked out. Support (when they finally answered) said it was because I had a packet sniffer on my network or something thereof (I do not).
 

If I'm paying top dollar for something, I expect prompt support especially if I'm being as proactive as I can be, on top of being a long-time customer (been here since 2020).

 

I'll edit the review, following the conclusion of this issue. I would also ask that until it is resolved, I at least be comped the time I'm losing; thank you.

Been over a day and support has yet to reach out and help solve the issue I'm having. I haven't been rude nor have I been insulting, I've also been very proactive in trying to solve the issue. This is unacceptable, especially since I've been a long-time customer.
