I cannot acces my account thanks to Authenticator

Hello my original account is  lossforce usd : 10863 i dont understand why but authenticator code is not working every time i try it says wrong code ...
and yes i have the app and yes it generate new code every 30 sec :(

This problem is rare, you can delete it and rebind it!

The problem is when i log in my account it directly ask for  authenticator code ... i write it every time it says its wrong .. like i cant log in and continue because its asking for that code directly and never accepting the code ..

As I recall you can unbind via email verification code and then rebind, when you log in you can look for the button about unbinding by email
