BO6 ZOMBIES RAGE HACK?

I'm looking to buy a sub for bo6, just wondering if you can configure the settings to be like a rage cheat for zombies?

 

I love doing this in zombies.

 

Also is this internal or external?

It won't be 100% accurate like an actual rage cheat, but the hardest aimbot settings should be more than enough for zombies.
