Fresh windows install and HWID Reset?

I built a new pc and bought Dayz cheats and had to do the HWID verification with that program we have to download, but it opened up "OneDrive" and started to upload all my files to it even though I do not use one drive. So I hurried up and paused the download and deleted the files that it upload to microsoft's website because I do not want them online, and because I did not think about it I just hit delete. And then it deleted a bunch of files and programs from my PC that I need, and then the files that it didnt delete it created these weird shortcuts to them and I cannot get rid of them, or it says "Windows Cannot Find The Target" for some of the files. So I am going to do a fresh install once my HWID gets verified since my pc is a mess now, but will I have to redo the HWID verification again if I do a fresh install of window on the exact same PC?
