What the chances of getting a  developer manual game banned with PC (DAYZ)

Very very low. Chances are much higher that you get banned from a server admin if you rage a lot and someone salty reports you.

As for cheat detection, we are undetected for the past 3 years.

thanks man im going to be buying again tonight with silent aim dose it hit any bodie part or just one part, 

 

as i want to use aimbot but not hit 1 part like so it hard to detected by admin if im hitting all parts

We have multipoint randomizer, which randomly hits different body parts. You can of course also set which one to hit.

Ok nice and this will work with silent aim enabled
