cant access my main acc

I made this account to address this issue since I did not get a reply to my email. My verified account ([email protected]) (Capitano) is asking me to verify ACC for login with Google Auth, which I never set up, and now I can't log in to buy anything on my verified account, I tried messaging admin but did not get a response, can you reset my account, please and thanks.
