I have some pre-sale questions:

• Will your MW3 cheat be ready for the launch of MW3?
• Is it external or internal?
• Do I have to turn off Windows Defender and/or Anti-Virus to launch the cheat/injection?
• Is there a watermark for the MW3 cheat and if so, can you turn the watermark off on the screen?
• Will the MW3 cheat support all versions of Windows 10 and 11, and if there is a new Windows update, will the cheat still work or do you have to disable updates?

Is it external or internal? - External 

Do I have to turn off Windows Defender and/or Anti-Virus to launch the cheat/injection? - Yes any other third party Anti-Cheat or Anti Viruses too.

Is there a watermark for the MW3 cheat and if so, can you turn the watermark off on the screen? - No and If It'll be added You could prob turn it off.

Will the MW3 cheat support all versions of Windows 10 and 11, and if there is a new Windows update, will the cheat still work or do you have to disable updates? - We Mostly Support Recent Versions of Windows so yes.
