i  hope its  because we do not get the same actual time-zone and nothing else because it take too much time to answer a request for a simple hwid reset...  waiting more than an hour for something that takes 3click to do i think its an issued but  anyway... no  choice to wait and hope hard that the esp is fine......... thanks staff answering that fast it make me feel cobnfortable to renew for sure lol

We value security and thats why we dont just do a simple hwid reset. All hwid reset requests get checked if they are genuine and that nobody is sharing his account.

As with most providers we ask that customers give us 24 hours to fullfill the hwid reset. In most cases the hwid reset is done within 2-6 hours.
