Sry my english is nit so good but.. The provided subscription can be cancelled, discontinued or terminated at any time without any reason.

so that means that if i for example buy the Dayz Standalone 7 days version with 29,99USD Renewal/week. I WILL have to pay it to the end of my life ? or can i atleast make a ticket for cancel the subscription?

What if i run out of money 

We dont have recurring subscriptions. The subscription wont automatically renew after it runned out. So after 7 days for a week sub, the cheat just wont be accessible for you anymore. You can then buy again, if you wish to.
