Trying to purchase

Can anyone help as I'm kinda confused right now.

1. Does Credit Card purchase have +20% fee? (It says so on check out but I remember reading that it's not supposed to)

2. Credit Card purchase does not seem to have 7 days option. Does it? (I want to try first before going long term)

3. The price says $59 (USD) but when checking out, it shows €59 (Euro). Which one is it?

For the 2nd question, does that yes mean Yes, there is 7 days option or Yes, there is NO 7 days option?

And for the 3rd, "both the same" meaning it's $59 regardless how it shows up in checkout be it $ or € right? It's 59 USD.
