Once you purchase the cheat you should get a redeemable code in your verified email on your Proofcore account. Under the store tab you should see a dropdown option showing redeem code, put the code in there and you will be good to go. After the payment is processed and verified you should receive your email verification/invoice.  ?

I think it takes 24 hours for them to read your application

It really depends on the payment method that you used; it took me about 20~ minutes via BTC.
